Synopsis

It's a battle of the bards when Lisa, the poet laureate of McBean's coffee bar, and Martin, representing Moe's Tavern, go head to head in a beatnik beat down of iambic proportions, and boy oh boy do they have a syntax to grind. And when Professor Frink puts reality on the blink, he leaves Springfield in an altered state where Mayor Marge Bouvier-Ziff must fend off a seasoned hitman named Homer and overachiever and rebel Milhouse Van Houten continually puts one over Principal Bob Terwilliger.
