Synopsis

After having to deal with the restrictions of the neighborhood homeowners association, Homer, with a little encouragement from a new neighbor, runs for president of the organization. However, once he takes office, the  residents are subject to Homer's ridiculous neighborhood whims, that is until something even worse threatens to change life on Evergreen Terrace forever.
