Synopsis

Lisa goes to the fair and beats the carnies at their own game, or, better yet, out of their whole carnival. And Homer forms a volunteer firefighting force with questionable and combustible methods of promoting fire prevention. It's not long before Lisa and Homer find themselves in a sizzling situation that's too hot to handle!
