Synopsis

Lisa and Otto unwittingly conspire together to form the hottest jazz-fusion band Springfield's ever seen. Then, Bart finds a way to dodge his chores and sneak way to sneak off when the circus comes town. Also, Chief Wiggum goes in search of Springfield's #1 Most Wanted––Bartman, and McBain manages to turn a black tie affair into a black and blue and bloodbath. (Collects Simpsons Comics #6 & #7)
